Golden hour

One of the best ways I can think of to spend golden hour on the coast is heading to the beach with a friend! Good conversation and laughter is medicine for the soul. For this special outing we brought our Wandering Folk picnic blanket and a bottle of lavender rose wine. The blanket was perfect to lay out on the soft sand and watch the sunset and for bundling up once it got chilly out.
The warm sky filled my heart with a glowing sense of wonder and the setting sunlight glittered with treasure on the tumbling waves and shoreline. We sipped our wine as we marveled at the sky transforming into a real life painting ~ feathery pink and purple hues melting in one another.
